Summit Homes NW, Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation. The founder and president is Dave Tapio. Dave was raised around construction with his father operating a very successful home building company. With his deep background of building homes and learning from his father, it sparked Dave to pave his own path and start Summit Homes NW, Inc. over 24-years ago.  Now, it is operating in Washington and Oregon.

Dave has two sons, Ryan and Zac, who have carried on this legacy alongside their dad and have become huge assets to the Summit Homes NW team.
